Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All payments or contributions made to Humanity Foundation through our platform or communication channels are final and non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances such as:

    • Duplicate payments due to technical error

    • Accidental excess payment

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Email: admin@humanitycharity.org

  • Include your full name, contact number, date of transaction, amount, and reason

  • Attach payment proof (receipt, transaction ID, screenshot, etc.)

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation of Participation

If you have registered for a service, session, or visit and wish to cancel:

  • Notify us at least 5 days in advance

  • Any fees (if applicable) may be refunded at our discretion
